Thanks, it's a big change from the popular media where generally only the more extreme situations & loudest voices are heard. Enough blood & bombs - real everyday life (granted blood & bombs are part of everyday life in these communities) outside the trauma of war give a more balanced, complete picture of the people & situation that is so "black & white" in the media.

C'est tout nouveau pour nous, commencer a les connaitre, oui, ils pourraient s'unir pour se creer ensemble de meilleures situations economiques peut etre, mais il faudrait tenir compte de leur culture plus fataliste qui leur influence, peut etre.

Une meilleure situation économique ? C'est impossible avec un tel semi-blocus. Ils devraient donc plutôt militer pour débloquer la situation politique. C'est ça qui peut améliorer leur situation économique. Mais comme le Hamas pilote Gaza -avec l'appui de la majorité des Gazaouis-, ce n'est vraisemblablement pas pour demain...

Etes-vous ironique ? Je vous rappelle que ce pétrole est ce qui permet à cet homme d'exercer l'activité d'où il retire normalement l'argent nécessaire pour faire vivre sa famille. Ce n'est pas un moyen de prendre la voiture plutôt que le métro...

No, it's not too strong, even if it's not an absolute siege. The israeli government and army organize the restrictions so as to make the life of the Gazans difficult and "impossible" to enjoy. They hope that this way, Palestinians will reject the Hamas, who reject Israel's right to exist. But anyone can see that this strategy hasn't been efficient untill now...

Irgendwie muss diesen Menschen doch geholfen werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass Politik das Familienleben von Millionen von Menschen zerstört!
