i too grew up in sderot but left it 12 years ago, i still go there
once a week to visit my parents who still live there and also
am a musician my self, avi's words made me think about my childhood
beautiful, silent and green but now lost to this horror.
the air in my hometown has been tanted with tears, fear and stolen
inocence of the children whom i was once one of.
im sure that our astranged brothers in gaza feel the same
and hope that peace is just around the corner.

I have a dream, may be when one day mostly all you people of Sderot and mostly all people of Gaza will be able to communicate to each other their feelings and hard desire to stop this situation, may be with strong will of people of both sides, this will end. I think that nowdays in the world, the war should not be between poeple of Gaza and Sderot etc, but between extremist people in both sides, who want to go on with the wars, for non-sense aims, at the expense of their people lifes, and the pragmatical people in both sides, who want to stop this war. As long as we are in life we must fight by transmitting/communicating the necessity to stop this war and let people live, in peace, beacause the extremists in both sides, they go on with their publicity of the war.
