Why Mr. J. Ging isn't condemning at the same time the continuing attack on Israel borders with every type of missiles? Doesn't he realize that his critics are becoming irrelevant and non trustable?

I think they were talking about civlians and access to medical care. Conflating diabetes and rockets is an attempt to brush over the fact that it is civilians who are being collectively punished by all sides.
